As we step into February, I’m reflecting on an energising 5 days in January spent with the executive leadership team of Ahadu Bank S.C. in Ethiopia—delivering a Corporate Leadership Strategy Workshop in collaboration with Ink Coaching Ethiopia.
What stood out most wasn’t just the structure of the sessions, but the quality of engagement in the room: thoughtful questions, honest reflection, and a shared commitment to turning strategy into measurable action.
