💡Some ideas begin as work...Then, somewhere along the way, they become something deeply personal that you just have to bring to life😊

Jenga Pesa Steady is one of those ideas for me.

After 20+ years in financial services, I’ve watched hard-working people save, invest, and build only to have to rethink everything when life shifts.

I kept asking myself: How do we build financial structures that adapt when life changes, while still giving us real choices for where we are going?

That question became Jenga Pesa Steady, and I’m so happy to finally share it with you. ❤️

If you’re navigating a season of transition or know someone who is,I hope this speaks to you.

WE CHOOSE TO GO TO THE MOON💡

In 1962, JFK made a declaration that captured the world's imagination:

"We choose to go to the Moon… not because it is easy, but because it is hard."

What strikes me about that statement isn't just the ambition. It was the decision to build for a future that didn't yet exist.

Our finances too need us to build for a future we cannot fully predict.

After more than 20 years across banking, investments, insurance, and estate planning, I've seen a pattern repeat itself: Often financial plans work well until life shifts.

Maybe you've experienced it:

✅A contract ends and suddenly the income you planned around isn't there.
✅Your career takes an unexpected turn, or your business enters a difficult season.
✅Family responsibilities grow, or retirement starts looking much closer than it used to.

Life changes. But too often, our financial structures don't change with it.

When that happens, the question isn't "How do I get back to where I was?"

The real question is: "What financial structure do I need for where I'm going?"

That question is at the heart of JENGA PESA STEADY—a practical, guided 10-module programme for people navigating changes in income, career, business, family responsibilities, or financial circumstances.

It's not about pretending the future will be predictable. It's about building financial structures that can hold, adapt, and give you choices when life changes.

WHEN LIFE SHIFTS, YOU NEED STRUCTURES THAT HOLD.

JENGA PESA STEADY
Financial resilience for the life you're actually living.

"Trust the process," they said... but some weeks, the process feels like sitting on a bench wondering if it even received the memo! 😂

You do the work. You keep showing up. You make the best choices you can with what you have. And still, it feels like nothing is happening.

If you've been carrying that feeling this week, here is your gentle reminder: maybe the real work isn't forcing a result right now. Maybe it’s learning to stay steady in that quiet space between effort and evidence. You might simply be too close to the work to see how far you’ve actually come.

So as we head into the weekend, give yourself permission to pause and truly recharge...

Someone....please tell process we are waiting for it to process😊

Some days are easier than others but what I have found to be true is that, choosing to deliberately pause is Always beneficial. Have you tried it,what is the most difficult part for you?

🤚🏽If you told me 3 years ago that taking a simple, deliberate pause would become my most rewarding daily habit, I’m not sure I would have believed you.

At first, it felt awkward and filled with guilt as I was so used to constantly being on the move. But the more I practiced stopping long enough to just be, the easier it became.

What used to feel uncomfortable is now the very practice I intentionally turn to every day to keep me grounded😊

💡Maybe you don't need to start over.

Maybe you need to take stock.
Of what you've built.
Of what it took to get here.
Of what you've learned along the way.
Of what still matters.
And of what matters now.

Moving forward doesn't have to mean leaving your past behind.
It can mean learning from it and building from there.

This is the thinking behind Anchor Dhabiti.
A place to pause.
To reflect honestly.
To make sense of where you are.
And to decide what comes next.

💡 You shouldn't have to start over to build what comes next.
Build from where you are.
Stay grounded. Move deliberately.

I'm grateful to finally share this work with you.

🤚🏽For a long time, I played hide-and-seek online.

I'd show up, share an idea, and disappear again.

I wanted the opportunities that came with visibility, but I wasn't always ready for the vulnerability that came with being seen.

I wanted to be visible, but I didn't want to be seen😊

And I kept asking myself:

What if they judge me?
What if they criticize me?
What if they misunderstand me?

Those fears weren't imaginary.

I've seen how ruthless the internet can be. I've watched people put themselves out there and get torn apart for it.

So, honestly, I understood why hiding felt safer.

But eventually, I had to face a harder truth:

💡Invisibility is not free.

Every time I disappeared, I wasn't just avoiding exposure.

I was trading growth for comfort.

And that's when I realized:

💡Being seen has a price.Remaining hidden has a price, too.

Being seen can cost you comfort, approval, and temporary peace of mind.

But remaining hidden can cost you your voice, your momentum, your opportunities and the possibility of discovering who you might have become.

There is no risk-free way to build a brand.

There is no risk-free way to build a business.

There is no risk-free way to build a life.

At some point, we have to decide which price we are willing to pay.

Maybe we have to say:

They may judge me.
I may be misunderstood.
I may fail.

And I'm going to do it anyway.

Not because the critics don't matter.
Not because the consequences aren't real.
But because my life matters too.

What are you protecting yourself from and what is that protection costing you?
