ICC TO RAILA ODINGA: "WE ARE WATCHING YOU!"
15/03/2023
Statement on the March 20 Azimio Protests
The Hague, Netherlands.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) has discovered a clandestine plot by Kenya's opposition leaders to actualize a heated polity through a well planned action to distabilize the country in the name of "mass protests."
The Hague believes that the actualization of this unwarranted protest in the country, would further polarize the nation and deprive Kenya the peace and tranquility, which had gradually began to creep in, after last year's General Elections.
After due consultations with the relevant structures in ICC, a conclusion has been drawn and it states;
1. We shall immediately mobilize intelligence through the investigation unit of ICC, to defend Kenya from it's enemies of peace.
2. ICC shall investigate any attempt to polarize the peace of the Country in relevant areas.
3. No youth, leader or supporters should participate in any form of protest in Kenya on March 20 or a later date, as the genuine motive of the protests has been hijacked by the enemies of the people.
4. For safety purposes, we urge all Kenyans to remain at alert against the enemies of the people.
5. We therefore, call on security agencies in Kenya to:-
(i) be aware of the plans to distabilize the polity and therefore emplace strategic measures to forestall and repel such plans on the people of Kenya and,
(ii) investigate the strange faces around major cities and dislodge their camps for the safety of the Kenyan people.
6. We urge relevant religious bodies in Kenya, to aid in maintaining the peace in the country, by praying and engaging in meaningful consultations with the government in furtherance of same.
Based on the foregoing, any attempt by opposition leaders to flood the country with hoodlums to achieve a preconceived plan to distabilize the peace of the Kenyan people, shall be vehemently dealt with in accordance with I
