CAN KENYA ACHIEVE FOOD SECURITY?

If we think critically on the issue of food insecurity in Africa, more particular to Kenya, we cannot deny that the grassroots small scale farmers have the following

1) Little knowledge with regards to good agricultural practices
2) No access and lack of knowledge on recently improved seeds
3) Little access to agricultural inputs and financing institutions
4) Being at the bottom of the value chain, they receive poor quality seeds, fertilizers and are vulnerable to unscrupulous seed and fertilizer dealers.

If these could be tackled, we could be somewhere
