Stop burning cash on new leads if you are ignoring the ones you already have.

Ever feel like you are pumping money into marketing, but your bank account isn’t growing?

You might be pouring water into a leaky bucket.

We ran a business diagnostics check for a client with 3,000 past customers. They had endless leads but zero customer retention. Here is the exact 4-step framework we used to unlock KES 2,000,000 in just 3 months entirely from clients they already had:

1️⃣ The Audit: We analyzed their list of 3,000 past customers.
2️⃣ The Strategy: We built a tailored proposal to reactivate ignored clients.
3️⃣ The Upskill: We trained 3 internal staff members on modern customer care.
4️⃣ The Ex*****on: We deployed simple tools to track daily client follow-ups.

The Result? A massive revenue surge without spending an extra shilling on ads. Let us find the hidden revenue leaks in your business.

You can have fewer follower and still generate more leads than pages with 10x your audience.

Most people get this wrong. They think growth = follower count.
So they chase numbers instead of building signal.

But in reality, businesses don’t buy from “big pages.”
They buy from clear positioning + consistent trust signals.

A small page that:

- Speaks to a specific problem
- Shows consistent insight
- Understands the audience deeply

will outperform a big page posting random content every day.

Because the algorithm doesn’t reward size.

It rewards clarity + engagement behavior.

This is why you’ll see:
Someone with 800 followers getting DMs every week…
while someone with 20,000 gets nothing.

The difference isn’t audience size.

It’s how well the page trains attention, trust, and relevance.

If your content makes the right people stop scrolling, you don’t need a big audience.

You need the right signals hitting the right people repeatedly.

That’s what turns small pages into lead machines.

From KES 500K to KES 5M monthly sales in 12 months? Most Kenyan beauty manufacturing SMEs get stuck at the 3-year mark. You buy a new SFA/DMS system, hire 3 more sales reps, and scale to 6 SKUs yet revenue stalls.

Why? Because adding headcount without a tight Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy just multiplies field chaos.

At Fiacre Consulting, we help FMCG brands turn chaotic distribution into predictable revenue engines. If you are running 3 van sales routes in Nairobi, here is how to scale 10x:

1. Enforce System Accountability: Your Sales Force Automation tool is useless if your team isn't logging real-time geo-locations for primary and secondary sales.

2. Optimize Van Routes: Fuel is too expensive for reactive driving. Map strict weekly journey plans to maximize drop sizes and cut waste.

3. Focus Your SKUs: Don't push all 6 products equally. Have your new hires flood the market with your top 2 highest-margin items to build immediate cash flow.

What started as a structured rollout quickly turned into unexpected challenges shifting retailer requirements, distribution gaps, and ex*****on issues that forced us to rethink and pivot constantly.

There were moments it genuinely felt like we were not making progress. Just reacting, fixing, adjusting… and hoping it was all adding up.

But we kept going anyway testing, learning, and improving step by step.

Three months later, that project delivered an additional KSh 2M in revenue.

Looking back, what felt like chaos at the time was actually consistent progress stacking up quietly in the background. Small decisions and fast pivots made a bigger impact than we could see in the moment.

It reminded me of something I read in Atomic Habits by James Clear the Plateau of Latent Potential. The idea that progress is often invisible while you’re in it, and only becomes clear when you zoom out.

In real time, it can feel like nothing is moving. In hindsight, you realize momentum was building all along.

Have you ever been in a project where it felt stuck… but later realized you were actually making real progress?

Think about a product like Pepsi the magic isn’t just in making the drink, it’s in how it gets in front of people consistently.

From ads and social media to supermarkets, events, influencers, and promotions… that’s route to market.

Same thing with modern projects. A great idea means little without visibility, positioning, community, and ex*****on behind it # route to market

We are excited about our current projects 😀 # random thoughts

If your business only grows when you have “great salespeople,” then you don’t really have a sales system… You have luck.

And luck is not a strategy.

I’ve seen this pattern too often: good products, active marketing, motivated teams… but revenue still feels unstable.

Not because people aren’t trying.
But because the system isn’t built for consistency.

So I use a simple way to diagnose it:

💠 The A.C.C.S Revenue Framework

1️⃣ Attract
Are you getting the right customers or just more attention?
If marketing speaks to everyone, sales ends up convincing instead of converting.

2️⃣ Capture
What happens after interest is shown?
If leads aren’t tracked in one place with clear ownership, they get lost.

3️⃣ Convert
Do what sales say match what marketing promised?
If not, trust drops and deals slow down.

4️⃣ Stabilise
Can results repeat without your “top performers”?
If not, then performance is still dependent on individuals, not systems.

Most revenue problems aren’t effort problems.
There are structural problems.

And once the structure is fixed, growth stops feeling random and starts becoming predictable.

My best leadership insights don’t come when I’m deep in ex*****on.

They come when I step back to think.

At Fiacre Consulting, we consistently see this pattern in high-performing teams performance doesn’t improve from activity alone. It improves when leaders create intentional space for reflection.

Once a week, I step out of the usual work environment and sit in a café. Nothing structured. Just a quiet space to review, think, and reset perspective.

What I’ve learned is simple: clarity rarely shows up under constant pressure. It shows up in distance.

Even something as simple as people-watching becomes part of the process. Observing how life moves different people, different rhythms, different priorities has a grounding effect. It slows down the mental noise that comes with constant decision-making.

In that space, reflection becomes more intentional:

* What actually drove performance this week?
* What created unnecessary complexity?
* What needs to change in the next cycle?

This is a discipline we encourage in sales leadership and business development work because without structured reflection, teams often confuse motion with progress.

Sometimes the next level of performance doesn’t require more effort.

It requires better thinking time.
