Do You Have A Ground Breaking Idea?
Before 1956, cargo had to be handled piece by piece each time it moved between ships, making loading painfully slow and imposing high costs on global trade.

Well, in 1956, Malcolm McLean introduced a radically simpler idea: move the cargo in standardised containers that could be transferred intact between modes of transport.

By removing a barrier between different modes of transport, he helped make global trade faster, cheaper and more scalable.

In the process, international trade improved, new business opportunities emergaed and overall, billions of lives were transformed by one simple idea.

What ideas t=do you have to improve lives? Many things become possible when the right systems are in place to move ideas, capital, and opportunity further and faster than before!

HE ENLARGES YOUR VISION
‘And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man.’
(1 Samuel 10:6).

When God chose Saul to become king over Israel, there had to be a transformation in his life before he could function in that divine calling.

Though he looked physically impressive, head and shoulders above everyone else in Israel, he still had a small vision of himself and of life. He came from the tribe of Benjamin, the smallest tribe in Israel, and his thinking reflected those limitations.

However, God had chosen him for something far greater than his background, upbringing, or personal estimation of himself. This was why the prophet Samuel said to him, "...the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou...shalt be turned into another man."

That transformation was necessary because God needed to enlarge Saul's vision, increase his capacity, and empower him to see, understand, and function according to divine purpose.

It's part of what happens in your life when you receive the Holy Spirit.
* He changes the way you see.
* He enlarges your vision.
* He enables you to perceive what others can't perceive and understand things from God's perspective.

This is important because many people may all look at the same thing and yet not see it the same way. Men interpret life differently because of the level of vision, understanding, and insight that they have.

However, one of the beautiful blessings of the Holy Spirit in your life is that He opens your eyes to realities others may never recognize. He gives you wisdom, foresight, understanding, and divine interpretation.

Perhaps you've looked at yourself merely from the standpoint of your human abilities, family history, or present circumstances. It's time to see yourself differently.

You've been empowered and equipped by the Spirit to fulfil your divine purpose and accomplish the impossible, the unthinkable, and the unimaginable.

Even now, the Spirit of God is working in you. He's increasing your capacity for greater impact, greater influence, and greater accomplishments.

He's bringing you into contact with people, opportunities, and resources that align with His purpose for your life. Many are going to wonder how you accomplished what you did in such a remarkable way.

It's the result of the wisdom and grace of the Holy Spirit at work in you. He's found in you one through whom He can fulfil His purpose and establish His righteousness in the earth. Glory to God!

Thinking of Starting a Business
If you are employed and dreaming of starting your own company, my advice is simple: don’t rush to resign. Start while you are still employed.

Give your business 20% of your time and your job 80%. Learn, build, test the market and save money. When the business starts generating enough income to pay your bills consistently, gradually shift your time and energy to it. That is when you can seriously consider resigning.

Wanting control over your time, income and future is not a bad thing. But understand this: entrepreneurship is not an escape from employment. It is a responsibility upgrade.

Many people see the freedom of owning a business but forget the pressure behind it. Your business will demand discipline, consistency, accountability and sacrifice.

If you struggle with punctuality, focus, planning or responsibility at your 9–5, entrepreneurship will expose those weaknesses even faster.

Use your job as a training ground.
• Learn how businesses operate.
• Study customers, cash flow, management, deadlines, negotiations and problem solving.
• Build relationships.
• Save deliberately.

Most importantly, test your business idea before you put your entire livelihood behind it.
• Never resign simply because you are tired of your boss.
• Never resign because social media made entrepreneurship look glamorous.

Resign when preparation meets opportunity. When your business has traction, your finances can support the transition and you have a clear plan for what comes next.

There is nothing weak about patience. There is nothing wrong with building quietly.

The goal is not to quit your job quickly. The goal is to build something strong enough that, when you finally leave, you are moving towards freedom, not running away from frustration.

Build wisely. Transition strategically. And remember: freedom without structure quickly becomes another form of stress.
