Thank you to everyone who joined the WIDB Training of Trainers Cohort 4 Induction Session.

It was inspiring to connect with professionals, consultants, trainers, coaches, mentors, and business leaders from different backgrounds who are committed to growing their impact through professional facilitation and digital training skills.

The conversations, questions, and engagement during the session showed the growing need for trainers who can confidently facilitate both online and physical learning experiences in today’s professional environment.

The Certification course is designed as a hybrid training program combining:
✔ Live online coaching and facilitation sessions
✔ Self paced learning modules
✔ Practical trainer development
✔ Digital facilitation skills and AI learning modules
✔ International exposure and certification pathways

The program is structured by ITCILO and in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and Microsoft to support the development of competent, digitally enabled business trainers and mentors.

Participants who enroll will begin a 5 day guided learning journey toward becoming certified business trainers equipped to train, mentor, facilitate, and support businesses and communities professionally.
