The problem with our tax regime has never been so much about collection but usage. KRA has been doing some terrific job lately, we have qualified civil servants, what we have in very short supply is good, transparent and honest stewards of public resources.

I hardly profess my faith or my calling to most; I let my life do the talking.

The best way to preach Christ, is to do Christ.
Just like the best way to lead is to do so by example.
You can’t preach water and drink wine; you can't preach this way and live that way.

You have to be fully convicted of what you profess. 
To change you have to be the agent of that change.
You have to personify the change.
You have to personify your belief.
You have to be the change.

So, you have to be yourself at all times, in season and out of season.

People can choose whoever friends they want to keep, no qualms, no debate about that. But a head of state has no that legroom. You can't reduce the president to a gambler, the statehouse to a den of thieves and the presidency to a ponzi scheme. No, you can't!
