𝐏𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐄!

ARE YOU SAVED? DO YOU LOVE YOUR GOD? DO YOU KEEP FALLING?

You could have read and reread this Bible verse many times and missed the important detail: "When the devil had finished every temptation, he left Him until an opportune time." Luke 4:13.

𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 is the detail you could have missed. Your enemy the devil doesn't give up on you, he is relentless, he keeps laying baits, exploiting your weaknesses and waits for the ripe moment then he pounces with even more brutal force to reduce you to smithereens.

Just when you thought you are done with him, you are saved, everything is rosy and merry, you lose your guard and retreat to some kind of comfort zone, he is lurking behind waiting for you to walk into his trap.

Apostle Peter in his element "Be sober-minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour." 1 Peter 5:8. Mark the words "sober-minded" and "alert". Do not let your judgement be inhibited in any way for that makes you an easy prey for him to capitalize on. You can't think straight, he knows what will make you sin against your God, he will deliver it to you in a glossy package. You are toast!

Afande! Yes sir! Be alert line a sentry for he comes dressed and covered in different ways; camouflaged and disguised. He gets in and implodes. You are broken into pieces!

Apostle charges, "Put on the full armor of God, so that you can make your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world’s darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore take up the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you will be able to stand your ground, and having done everything, to stand." Ephesians 6:11-18. Helmet of Salvation. Prayer. Breastplate of Righteousness. Belt of Truth. Shield of Faith. Sword of the Spirit. The readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.

Let the word of God ALWAYS be in your heart to guide your actions, words and illuminate your walk of life. Deut 6:6-9.

Quite some throwback moment. Some reminiscence hither and thither. In some rare moments and with some few people I get to throw off my guard. Such was one.

Caught up with my senior. The man that calls me small bro, I call him elder bro. Some people you cross paths, and they leave some poignant memories. Had to take a few shots at this spot to keep the memories.

In my younger days I had this uncanny habit of keeping older friends. Somehow I felt more comfortable in their company than with my agemates. It didn't trouble me. I didn't know why then. Now I do.

At the right time every single thing falls into place for all who are called according to His purposes.

Focus: Confused People & Distorted Mindsets

📌 The world has never been more confused.

People hold contradictory positions and cannot
see the contradiction.

Categories that were self-evident to every
previous generation are suddenly contested.

A whole generation describes itself as
"anxious," "lost," "broken" — and cannot
articulate why.

📖 Modern thinking calls it "evolution,"
"progress," or "post-truth culture."

📖 Scripture has a different word.

⚡ The mechanism:
The spirit governs the mind. (Part 7 of this
series documented this scientifically.)
A defiled, corrupted, or controlled spirit
produces a defiled, corrupted, or controlled
mind.

📖 Romans 1:28 — "God gave them over to a
depraved mind, so that they do what ought
not to be done."

That is not a metaphor.
That is the precise diagnostic mechanism.

blinded the minds of unbelievers."

Direct spiritual interference with cognition.

📌 The body always worships.

That is the principle.

The body is not neutral.
Embodied movement is not value-free.
Every culture has known this — and designed its
sacred and its profane movements accordingly.

Western nightclub.

Its origins trace through specific spiritual
traditions in which the movement was deliberately
developed as an act of worship — but worship
directed away from the God of Scripture.

The Recourse: ✝ Christ alone could redeem
the body without being defiled. The new
creation in Christ includes the full
re-orientation of embodied life.

📌 "Toxic."

The word is everywhere.
Toxic relationships. Toxic people. Toxic family.
Toxic boss. Toxic ex.

📖 Modern thinking named the symptom.
Scripture has always known the cause.

⚡ What people feel as "toxic":
- Inexplicable exhaustion after certain encounters
- A depleted, dirty, "off" feeling no rational
explanation accounts for
- The pattern of certain people leaving you
worse than they found you
- Spiritual heaviness that won't lift after
proximity

📖 What is actually being transmitted:
🔻 Impure spirits — what flowed into them, now
flowing toward you
🔻 Ungodly soul ties
🔻 Demonic footholds

🔑 Two responses:
✅ Cultural: cut off, set boundaries, protect
yourself
✅ Biblical: address the spiritual reality — and
where the calling exists, become the agent of
redemptive change
