Remember when dealing with people you are dealing with creatures of emotion, creatures with a feeling, logic is the last thing when it comes to most people when faced with issues that practically touch on their self esteem. It is by refraction people respond to defend themselves on the face of criticism. Few people will accept criticism even when they are wrong or guilty. When George W Bush invaded Iraq on allegations of the presence of weapons of mass destruction and finally failed to find them, he was widely criticized. He did not accept liability.
Criminal who are convicted for capital punishment have all reasons to defend themselves. Then how do you expect just any other person to take your criticism lightly? I can only call that fight an already lost battle.

LOSE SELF CONQUER ALL

The greatest warrior in the world is not the person who conquers the world but the person who conquers self. I believe in order for anyone to experience extraordinary success in any endeavor, that person must first learn to lose self to experience the break through to this amazing success. The number one enemy against you is you; you are the reason why you cannot achieve your destiny.
Man is naturally egocentric, selfish, all wanting, greedy, envious and proud. Everyone wants all the good things in life and unfortunately it is not innate in man to be satisfied. That is why you will learn that much of 99% of all the wealth in the world is owned and controlled by a mere 1% of the human beings in this world.
Millions of other poor people both in the so called first world countries and third world countries are lavishing in abject poverty while a few individuals still want to continue embezzling Government funds, donor funds and even that money that others have sacrificed to donate to help people living with HIV/AIDS.
It is the innate nature of man to have all and control all other people. To overcome this inborn vice has become a futile effort because naturally in one way or the other we have that biological urge to satisfy our ID instantly. According to psychologist Sigmund Freud, there are three levels of moral development namely:
1) ID
2) EGO
3) SUPER EGO

There are two things, either you are intelligent or creative, creativity builds wealth, intelligence builds wisdom. You can not have both that is why most average persons are more creative like musicians. BUT there is a way of eating your cake and having it. That is be intelligent enough to hire creativity, or creative enough to create an intelligent person and there we go.
