So everyone is having a challenge with the question, what is my purpose? Even individuals who are CEO's who may be perceived of already having their purpose? Had an interesting conversation with Frank Molla at his establishment the Romo House, where he was sharing about the impact of Executive Connect, a monthly experience that brings leaders together that humanizes leaders beyond their title.
They share their stories in an intimate setting that is a life changing experience that words cannot fully express. He shared how he started out just wanting leaders to connect and did not fathom its impact. He did not see the impact of his actions until he was reflecting on the one year anniversary celebrated this month.

Frank may be one of the paragons to add to the updated book as someone who asked the question of purpose beyond making money and finding your answer. Keep walking your journey. Kenya and the world is better because you are sharing your gift as a result of exploring and unlocking your purpose.

It was an honour meeting you and excited to hear your experience of reading the Good Success. It also let me know that I need to find more ways to help readers explore how to answer the questions around hashtag and clarifying purpose beyond work, career and business.

We can talk all we want of all the things we are going to achieve, but if not followed up with action, it is of no use to use and those waiting to be impacted by our idea.

In the initial stages of pursuing your purpose, you have to ask yourself: what kind of person should I be to serve my purpose? 🤔 The journey of purpose isn't just about achieving goals; it's about building character. 💪

Character isn't built overnight—it's forged through challenges, choices, and a commitment to growth. It's what defines the essence of who we are and how we show up in the world. 🌍

Ultimately, character shapes the path to Good Success. 🌱 It influences not only how we work and achieve our goals but also how we treat others and ourselves along the way. 🤝
