It is my last day today at Kiboko. I wish to thank everyone who I have interacted with in the last 23 years and made me grow
to who I am today. It was a great journey and I would like to leave you with a picture of my farewell lunch. Asante sana, Merry x-mas and all the best for 2020 from Sabine and the entire Kiboko team.

It feels nice to be part in the finals. But winning is not the most important motif. Enjoying the journey together and making customers happy is the most satisfying part.

Capacity Building at Kiboko. 12 employees were trained how to build stoves for the rural areas, to save on firewood and get better, quicker cooking results.Thanks to Elke Cole's experience in building these stoves and observations in cooking habits, she perfected the art, keeping a hole at the bottom for the chicks to keep warm! Jackson and his wife are the first owners of such stove. The first team will spread te knowledge to other interested employees.

Kiboko is proud to be part of Blue company project, an initiative of volunteer corporations and institutions who have the public interest at heart with the objective of encouraging companies to fight corruption in all its forms. Nice to find Safaris and Safaris there as well, who are Kiboko customers.

We are mourning a double loss. We just found out yesterday, that our customer Rachael Williams left body in April. With her died her baby " Little Treehouse World", which was just about to be shown to the world. Pole sana to her 3 children.

We had a productive WFTO Africa +ME executive board meeting here in Nairobi, with Lawrenze Muse , Benoit Berger, Bernard and me at the ACK Hostel. A lot of brainstorming about the Strategic Plan and coming events were done, which we will share with the membership. Thanks for coming all the way Lawrence and Benoit and your valuable inputs.
