I am wondering about the type of customer service in ICEA.My friend whose no is 0717145414 has been deducted Ksh3,610 from her salary for the last two months despite her cancelling the policy and paying Mr Isaiah Ksh 5,000 for the same.She hasn't beeen given the stop order till now.Can someone get back to her as soon as possible before she takes further action!!!!!!!!!!!!
