We are a growing Chinese security firm seeking to hire an entry level HR Intern to assist in basic administration and human resource responsibilities, preferably a man.
This position exists to provide general administrative support. The intern will work closely with and report to his superiors to achieve service delivery goals.
Human Resource Internship
The ideal candidate must also project a very corporate image.
The position is responsible for the following:
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintaining detailed records on prospective job-seekers and ensuring the Candidate Profile database is accurately updated.
* Assisting with ex*****on of HR services, for example, screening job applications, scheduling and conducting interviews and administering selection procedures for qualified candidates.
* Making and receiving calls while promptly taking record of them on behalf of management (appointments, follow-ups etc.)
* Filing and maintaining corporate records.
* Sending emails, delivering proposals and letters as directed by Management.
* Prepare weekly feedback report on activities of the office (those accomplished/those pending and the way forward)
* Ensure top standards of neatness and presentation of the office at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
* A Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management
* Excellent writing skills, prolific writer with good reporting skills.
* Detail oriented, for accurate data entry.
* Excellent in planning and organizing
* Superior oral communication skills, very articulate.
* Strong customer service skills.
Relevant Job Experience
* At least 1 year of previous internship or relevant work experience.
* Must be conversant with MS Office Suite and Internet research.
Remuneration
The intern will have a monthly remuneration which may be increased according to his performance upon completion of the probation period set.
