EASY CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE. (HEALTHY EATS)
Cast of characters:
Wings.
1 tbsp Paprika
Crushed garlic
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Rosemary
Chilli flakes(optional)
Squeeze of lemon juice.
*Feel free to play around with flavour profiles here by adding different spices.
How to:
Marinate your wings in the above spices and leave overnight or for at least an hour if you don't have extra time.
Pop in the airfryer for 15 min at 200• or in the oven for 20 min at 200° Celsius
Easy right?
Enjoy as is or serve with a salad, fries or accompaniments of your choice
