Is your business built to survive—or built to scale?

Many entrepreneurs see an audit as a compliance exercise.

At Ronalds LLP, we see it differently.

Audit is a strategic growth tool. It strengthens governance, improves internal controls, enhances decision-making, identifies opportunities, and helps businesses build a solid foundation for sustainable growth.

Through our Business Survival Index, we assess the five pillars that determine whether a business is positioned for long-term success:

✅ Financial Strength

✅ Human Capital

✅ Marketing & Brand Positioning

✅ Technology & Innovation

✅ Leadership

A business is only as strong as its weakest pillar.

Watch this insightful conversation as Ronald Bwosi, Group Managing Partner at Ronalds LLP, shares why businesses that embrace professional audits and strengthen these five critical areas are far more likely to grow, scale, and leave a lasting legacy.

Today, Ronalds LLP was honoured to participate in the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT) Kenya Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Programme (OPPM) Graduation Ceremony, where our Group Managing Partner, FCPA Ronald Bwosi , delivered the keynote address as Guest Speaker. The invitation recognized Ronalds LLP's expertise in governance, financial stewardship, business advisory, and sustainable growth.

Speaking under the theme, "From Survival to Sustainable Growth: Building Resilient Businesses for the Future," Mr. Bwosi challenged the graduating entrepreneurs to look beyond short-term success and focus on building businesses anchored on sound governance, financial discipline, strategic planning, and long-term resilience.

At Ronalds LLP, we believe that sustainable enterprises are built through informed leadership, robust financial management, strong governance structures, and access to the right advisory support. These are the foundations that enable businesses to attract investment, expand across borders, and create lasting economic impact.

We congratulate all the graduates of the OWIT Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Programme on this remarkable milestone and commend OWIT Kenya for its unwavering commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs through mentorship, capacity building, market access, and leadership development.

We also appreciate the opportunity to engage with fellow business leaders, development partners, and entrepreneurs while exploring meaningful avenues for collaboration that will continue to strengthen women-led enterprises across Kenya and the African continent.

Ronalds LLP Hosts the Annual Tax Clinic Breakfast Forum 2026: Shaping the Future of Tax, Compliance and Business Growth

Tax is no longer just about compliance—it is a strategic driver of business resilience, sustainable growth, and informed decision-making.

Ronalds LLP was honoured to host the Annual Tax Clinic Breakfast Forum 2026, bringing together business leaders, finance professionals, tax practitioners, and decision-makers for an engaging discussion on Kenya's evolving tax landscape and its implications for businesses.

The forum provided practical insights into the Finance Act, 2026, emerging tax developments, compliance obligations, and strategies that organizations can adopt to remain compliant while unlocking sustainable growth.

Our distinguished presenters delivered insightful sessions on critical tax matters:

🔹 Peter Mwanja – Managing KRA Audits, offering practical guidance on preparing for tax audits, responding to assessments, and effectively managing tax disputes.

🔹 Ted Gerald – The Finance Act, 2026 and Its Implications on Businesses, providing a comprehensive analysis of the new tax measures and what they mean for businesses across different sectors.

🔹 Norman Midiwo – Overview of Taxation in Kenya, highlighting the fundamentals of Kenya's tax framework and the importance of maintaining sound tax compliance.

🔹 Abdi Razaq – Budget Highlights and the Finance Act, 2026, unpacking the national budget, fiscal policy direction, and the broader economic outlook for businesses.

🔹 CPA Jane Esalano – Employment Tax and Corporation Tax Incentives, showcasing opportunities available to businesses while emphasizing compliance with evolving tax requirements.

The insightful discussions reaffirmed that organizations which proactively understand tax reforms are better positioned to manage risk, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and make informed strategic decisions.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all our clients, partners, and participants whose presence made the forum a remarkable success.

A special thank you to our valued partners, Stanbic Bank Kenya and XC360 EA LTD, for their collaboration in making this year's Annual Tax Clinic Breakfast Forum a success.

At Ronalds LLP, we remain committed to delivering thought leadership, trusted advisory services, and practical solutions that help businesses confidently navigate an increasingly dynamic tax and regulatory environment.
