I had neither watched nor heard of Bluey until I got the chance to work on this cake. And I must admit I'm now a bluey fan . This was a rainbow pastel cake(did I mention all our rainbow cakes are an assortment of three flavours) covered in lemon swiss meringue buttercream for a light fresh silky taste. Also , slide to see a photo of the inside of cake taken by the client.
I must admit that I honestly enjoy making cakes for little kids. So next time you have your kids birthday please honor me with the chance to grace your child's day.

This cake weighed 1.5kgs , price 4500.

Some chocolate mint goodness sent your way to bless your TL. I must admit that I'm a big fan of After Eight Chocolate , mostly because it's the finest and closest thing I have to Cadbury's Mint-Choc, I really really miss Mint-Choc . Anyway, what's great about this cake is that the filling has got all that After Eight goodness in it and dark chocolate chips in the rich chocolate cake layers. If you're a lover of chocolate mint, then this is a must try.

I enjoyed working on this baby shower cake this past weekend and I really enjoyed working with Swiss meringue buttercream. The cake was a Ferrero Rocher Cake which is basically layers of rich chocolate cake with hazelnut chocolate ganache filling with bits of Ferrero chocolate.
