Yesterday marked a significant milestone as PAC University signed an MOU with The African Centre for Public Speaking (ACPS) to partner in offering public speaking coaching to students and professionals.

We are grateful to God for this step forward. This partnership strengthens our mission to equip professionals across Kenya and Africa with powerful communication skills, while expanding our reach and impact.

Here’s the fix: take 3 slow deep breaths before you start, inhale, hold, exhale. It calms the nerves faster than your thoughts can spiral.

Save this and try it before your next speech ,you’ll feel the difference on stage.
