Mr. Francis came to Canada from Jamaica which means he has first had experience of what it means to immigrate to Canada. At one time he told me that he views Africa as his Motherland. He likes Kenya and hoped to one day visit Kenya. This is why I'm happy to connect him with my key contacts in Kenya so they can establish a way to collaborate.

Mr. Sammy Langat is my former boss at KCB Group Bank and former CEO of Transnational Bank. Mr. Langat is a well known CEO and a leader I respect greatly. In my absence, he will moderate the event and control the agenda.

Mr. John Latham is the Executive Director of Unity Homes Limited (SEZ) at Tatu City, Kiambu County. Mr. Latham is originally from the UK and now a successful Kenyan real estate developer. He will be speaking about the opportunities that exist in Kenya and how he has been building affordable homes for everyone to purchase at Tatu City. I was impressed when I met Mr. Latham and I thank him for appointing me the Brand Ambassador for Unity Homes. I confirm that I’m investing at Unity Homes and I have enjoyed the experience and exceptional customer service. His team that I have dealt with are all excellent Kenyans.

Mr. Mwenda Thuranira is the CEO of MySpace Properties, Kenya, Entrepreneur and Real Estate Investor. Mr. Thuranira is the former Diaspora colleague who was based in Florida, USA. He is very successful in Kenya where he has specialized in commercial real estate and built malls like Mytown Mall in Karen. He will share the opportunities available in Kenya that Canadians can take advantage of.

Mr. Steven Kihonge is the CEO of MyChoice Travel and Immigration Consultant in Kenya. Mr. Kihonge will work with Mr. Francis to help those interested in the Canadian experience. Mr. Kihonge has helped me a lot to arrange and to book the venue for this event.

I'm here being presented with a gift by the RCMP officer who I invited to speak to CEOs in London Ontario, Canada.

RCMP means Royal Canadian Mounted Police, they are the equivalent of FBI and CIA in the USA.

This officer is well qualified including having offered personal protection to Canadian Prime Ministers and to the late Queen Elizabeth when she visited Canada.

I'm happy to know great people in Canada. God sent me here for a reason.

Good morning my Kenyan friends. I was in Nairobi recently to tour the apartments at Tatu City in Kiambu County. I have bought one👏.

Have you all been to Tatu City? If you have not, I encourage you to go. It is like Canada👌. Everything is what I like from reliable internet, electricity, water, security, swimming pool, gym, supermarket and restaurants. The drainage is so well constructed they did not experience the flooding that other parts of the Country experienced. I was there earlier this month and saw with my own eyes.

I'm promoting Unity Homes within Tatu City because they actually complete their projects on time. These apartments are ready for occupation. They have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.

I welcome my new title "Author and Publisher" with great excitement.

I am excited to let you know that I am now listed on the Canadian Federal Library and Archives as an Author and Publisher. I did not go to publish on Amazon. I did the hard work of self-publishing.

I did not go to Udemy or Google Books or any of those platforms. I thank my trusted web developer for building for me an e-commerce website specifically for selling books. I did this because I like authentic work and I like learning so I can teach others. If I had taken the short route, I would not be proud of what I have accomplished.

As you plan to read the content in my book, I would like you to close your eyes for a movement and see a single mom immigrant arriving in Canada with her young son in the coldest winter season, worried and only relying on taxi drivers for direction and information. There was no GPS or smartphones as far as I can remember. I bought my first flip phone at Telus in Toronto, but I had no one to call because I did not know anyone in this country😪.
