Today at Jazeera Palace Hotel, Mogadishu, a two-day workshop to prepare the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (NACS) 2026–2030 opened and will continue until tomorrow.
The event, officially opened by the Acting Minister and State Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Amb. Ilyaas Sheekh Cumar, has brought together representatives from justice institutions, members of the House of the People, and civil society to reflect on NACS 2020–2024 and co-design the next strategy.
As Rufmo Consulting and Investments Co. Ltd, we are proud to support MOJCA and the Federal Government of Somalia in this process. From reviewing the previous strategy to facilitating consultations and contributing to a stronger, more inclusive NACS 2026–2030 that advances transparency, accountability and good governance.

Today, as the world marks , we at RufmoConsulting (https://lnkd.in/dp5zTr7B grateful to be part of the journey towards healthier, safer and more caring workplaces.

From 24th–28th November 2025, our team ran a 5-day HIV, Drug & Substance Abuse, and Wellness training for 14 Peer Educators from KEBS at Eseriani Hotel in Naivasha.

The training was led by Mulee, assisted by Nyokabi, with an impromptu visit from our CEO Rufaa Sheikh Ahmed on Day 4 to sit in, observe the sessions and appreciate the trainers’ approach and participants’ energy.

Participants shared that they:
-Gained deeper knowledge on HIV & AIDS and stigma
- Learned how to identify and respond to drug and substance abuse
-Felt more confident to support colleagues on wellness and mental health
-We are proud of these peer educators and the role they will play back at KEBS listening, guiding and walking with their colleagues.

On this World AIDS Day, we honour everyone working quietly every day to fight stigma, share correct information and stand with those affected.
