Our client is an insurance agency ο¬rm registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) of Kenya to carry out all insurance businesses. The Insurance Agency is contracted with the best Insurance companies in the country. The Insurance advisory services they oο¬er are as follows; Life insurance, Motor vehicle both private and public, Domestic Packages I,e ο¬re, theft and burglary, Investments, Medical insurance for all ages, Education Policies for children, Pensions, Public liability, Group life, WIBA, Marine insurance and Travel Insurance. They require passionate insurance agents who can sell insurance products either part time or full time on commission basis
JOB PURPOSE
The sales agents will represent one or more insurance companies and sell their policies on commission.
Client acquisition and retention goals as they directly impact revenue and market share.
Expansion of client base through networking, referrals and leveraging social media platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies prospective clients through leads and referrals.
Schedules and attends client meetings.
Performs follow-up calls.
Performs KYC needed for the policy.
Advise clients on insurance coverage.
Conducts periodic policy reviews.
Prepares insurance proposals.
Completes requirements required for the cover
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
Professional Certification, certificate in business related from a Recognized Higher Learning Institution
Diploma in Insurance or High school certificate
