There is no reason to fill your mind with thoughts that ware you down fill your mind with thoughts that are excellent, worthy, noble, pure and of good report and you will rejuvenate your mind, heart and spirit and will not be stressed up and depressed you will be free from the bo***ge.

There is no reason to fill your mind with thoughts that ware you down, feed your thoughts with the good reports that are excellent, noble, worthy, and pure , such reports will rejuvenate your mind and spirit. And for sure you will not be stressed or depressed.
