Dear Members,
You can conveniently log in to the Internet banking portal to check, confirm and update your SACCO records.

1. To update contact person (next of kin) and Beneficiaries (SACCO Will): Click on Member changes - Member change - New - Fill the reason for update and click Save - Scroll down the page to contact person and Beneficiaries section - Add - Fill the required fields - Click on Save
2. To update photo and signature: Click on Member changes - Member change - New - Fill the reason for update and click Save - Scroll down the page to photo and signature section - Update Images - Select appropriate images and click save
3. To update your dependants and claimant (for Benevolent Fund): Click on member changes - Benevolent change - Click New - Enter reason for updating - Save - Scroll down the page to the dependents list and claimant list sections - Click Add - fill the required information - click save and then Submit
The updated records will then be processed by the Sacco and updated in your account
