Edward’s Progressive School opened in January 2016 with the aim to offer government approved curriculum with the focus on Talents Nurturing and Development (Drama,Ballet Dancing, Music, Art & Crafts & Swimming.)
Our focus is on who the child" is as opposed to the conventional "what we want the child to be". We are driven by the reality that progress and success is founded on the ability of an individual to tap into opportunities and not by just succeeding academically.
Under the new 2-6-6-3 curriculum, we provide Playgroup; Foundational Class (FC – 3 Years); Pre Primary1 (P P1- 4 Years); Pre Primary 2 (P P2- 5 Years) and Grade 1 (G 1- 6 Years)
Our objective is to raise creative individuals able to tap into opportunities to attain their full potential.
Why Bring Your Child To Us?
Our Managerial and Academic staff comprises of highly qualified professional teachers with vast teaching and child development experience from various top-tier schools. All our teachers have been trained by the Ministry of Education trainers on how to implement the new curriculum and we continue to train them so as to deliver best quality content for your child.
Our Talent instructors are qualified in their respective fields. As part of our deliberate efforts to nurture, develop and hone talents, the school is implementing a program that ensures children’s participation in relevant international, national and regional competitions such as National Story Telling Competition, Music and Drama Festival, The National Debates, President’s Award amongst others. This will not only sharpen their skills and abilities but also expose them to the talents industry.
