JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for all customer liaisons. This person should be resourceful, organized and proactive about getting things done. He/she will provide information, answer questions, and resolve emerging problems raised by our customers. Essential to the success of this role is a knowledge of the local market, challenges and opportunities Successful candidate will form part of a dynamic team in a vibrant business enterprise providing graphic design, printing and branding services to individuals, businesses, institutions, and organizations in the region
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Proactive employee management and follow up on all assigned team KPIs.
2. Responsible for onsite monitoring and management of Customer Service Centre.
3. Data analysis of team performance and taking quick and right actions for improvement
4. Take ownership of customer concerns and liaise with different departments to ensure resolution of customer queries.
5. Communication and coordination of all departments
6. Coordinate the process of financial data and preparing special reports; collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
7. Contribute to process and policy formulation to continuously enhance service levels
