Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
We have the expertise to deliver all stages of the EIA process, for small, medium and large scale projects that require a full EIA study. We have specialists from all of the relevant environmental topic areas such as noise, air quality, housing and construction, biodiversity conservation projects, and irrigation, as well as with technical experts experienced in all of the major infrastructure and developments sectors, such as urban development, energy, waste, water and transport. The Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) in the project reports elaborates on all mitigation measures in a logical timeframe to ensure profitability and sustainability of projects while maintaining environmental conservation values. Environmental Auditing (EA)
The submission of Environmental Audits is a legal requirement for all projects in Kenya as listed under EMCA and the subsidiary legislation (Environment Management and Co-ordination (EIA/EA) Regulations, 2003). We offer our clients comprehensive compliance audits while train them on how to carry out self-audits.
