The same are carefully vetted and have to produce and renew certificates Of Good Conduct from the CID. Further to recruitment, the personnel are then put under three weeks training before deployment. During training, we take great exception on the discipline of the guards because we know that quality service rendered emanate from discipline of a force. We also train them on the basic techniques of fire fighting, alarm response, industrial safety regulations and how to administer first aid. Our operations are mounted by very smartly uniformed security operatives with a high standard of discipline and back-up team of mobile supervisors with Motorola Radio Handsets to check the guards at their various assignment locations on Five-Patrol network every 12 hours shift day or night. We are adequately insured against Legal Contractual liability, Fidelity Guarantee, Employers Liability and Workmen’s Compensation to compensate you against losses where negligence on our part of services is established.
