Looking back on my three years at Grant Thornton Kenya in the Business Process Solutions (BPS) department, the season shaped me both as a professional and as someone who deeply values teamwork and growth.

What I cherished most was the people and the culture. The environment was truly collaborative, with colleagues always ready to support, guide, and share ideas. There was a unique balance between professionalism and warmth: a strong commitment to client excellence, coupled with genuine care for mentorship, teamwork, and personal development.

I’m grateful for the continuous learning through mentorship, diverse assignments, and the encouragement to take on new challenges. For me, it was never just about doing a job; it was about stretching myself, building confidence, and discovering new capabilities.

Grant Thornton was more than a workplace for me, it was a chapter of growth, learning, and connection. It gave me the wings to soar higher, and I will always carry that experience with me.

The Grant Thornton Kenya team spent the day visiting Meta Meta Children's Home, Wings of Compassion, and Mama Elizabeth Home—bringing along food and clothing donations to support these amazing homes.

GT in the Community 2025 has officially begun!

Today’s session at our rooftop training room was filled with heartfelt stories and powerful conversations. Our Chairman, Mr. Kamal Shah, shared his life journey and the origins of Grant Thornton Kenya, while our TVET scholarship beneficiaries opened up about their experiences before and after sponsorship.

We also heard from our COO, Kunal Ajmera on Grant Thornton’s global CSR efforts and a moving speech from the Kenya Education Fund team.

It was a day of gratitude, growth, and giving back.
