Employability is the set of achievements, skills, knowledge and personal attributes that increase the probability of graduates finding a job and being successful in their positions, which benefits themselves, the workforce, the community and the economy (Yorke, 2004). This definition raises a question of great interest: an individual's employment has three complementary perspectives. The first would be personal because it implies the satisfaction of needs through paid work. An individual receives economic compensation for his or her work that allows him or her to access goods and services. This perspective would also include the self-realization of the individual through the performance of his or her profession. The second has to do with the company since it obtains a benefit through the work of all of its employees. Therefore, the company benefits from the effective performance of each of its workers. The third, and no less important, has to do with social benefits, those that affect the community as a whole and that can be derived from the professional activity of an individual. It is not only about the social activity of the company, which it can carry out through the design of the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy but also through its activity as a company (production of goods and services necessary for society under certain conditions) fair for its workers, minimization of occupational and environmental risks, etc.) (María José Bautista-Cerro,2014).
