🇻🇳👨‍🏭 THỢ HÀN VIỆT NAM ĐANG CÓ LỢI THẾ GÌ TRÊN THỊ TRƯỜNG QUỐC TẾ?

Khi nói về cơ hội việc làm ngành hàn ở nước ngoài, chúng ta thường nghe về mức lương, chứng chỉ hay yêu cầu ngoại ngữ.

Nhưng có một câu hỏi ít được đặt ra hơn:
👉 Thợ hàn Việt Nam đang mang lợi thế gì khi bước vào thị trường quốc tế?

🔧 1. Kinh nghiệm thực tế
Việt Nam có lực lượng lao động lớn trong các ngành cơ khí, kết cấu thép, đóng tàu, xây dựng và sản xuất công nghiệp.
Điều này tạo điều kiện cho nhiều thợ hàn tích lũy kinh nghiệm thực tế ngay từ môi trường sản xuất.

🏗️ 2. Khả năng thích nghi với nhiều loại công việc
Từ MIG/MAG, TIG đến MMA, từ kết cấu thép đến đường ống và thiết bị công nghiệp – nhiều thợ hàn Việt Nam đã quen với việc làm việc trong những môi trường và điều kiện sản xuất khác nhau.
Khả năng thích nghi là một lợi thế lớn khi bước vào môi trường quốc tế.

💪 3. Tinh thần học hỏi và làm việc
Một trong những yếu tố thường được đánh giá cao ở lao động Việt Nam là sự chăm chỉ, khả năng học hỏi và tinh thần thích nghi.
Tuy nhiên, trong thị trường lao động quốc tế, những yếu tố này chỉ thực sự tạo ra lợi thế khi đi cùng tay nghề được chứng minh và qualification phù hợp.

📜 4. Biến tay nghề thành chứng chỉ quốc tế
Đây mới là điểm quan trọng.
Một người thợ có thể rất giỏi trong công việc nhưng nếu không có chứng chỉ, hồ sơ kinh nghiệm và khả năng đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật của thị trường mục tiêu, cơ hội quốc tế sẽ bị giới hạn.

🇻🇳 𝗚𝘂𝘁 𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘁. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝘇𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻. 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗶𝘁. 🇩🇪

Nach ihrer intensiven Vorbereitung in Hanoi sind 𝗡𝗴𝗼𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗵 und 𝗛𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗵 𝗡𝗮𝗺 inzwischen gut in Deutschland angekommen und wurden von unserem Partner 𝗧𝗦𝗔 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗵𝗹- 𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗺𝗯𝗛 herzlich empfangen.

Beide Schweißer wurden von 𝗖𝗧𝗖𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 praktisch und theoretisch gezielt auf die Anforderungen ihres deutschen Arbeitgebers vorbereitet. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil dabei: die deutsche Sprache und die Vorbereitung auf den beruflichen Alltag in Deutschland.

𝗗𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗴 𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗵. Doch für viele junge Vietnamesinnen und Vietnamesen ist die langfristige berufliche Perspektive eine starke Motivation, sich dieser Herausforderung zu stellen.

Wie 𝗖𝗧𝗖𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱𝗹 betont, hat sich die intensive Vorbereitung für beide Kandidaten ausgezahlt. Gleichzeitig gilt ein besonderer Dank 𝗧𝗦𝗔 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗵𝗹- 𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗺𝗯𝗛 für die professionelle und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit.
