How much do you know about Emotional Intelligence?
• IQ or Emotional Intelligence? Which impacts job performance more?

• The world is ever changing. Are you? How flexible are you in changing your thinking, actions, and feelings to adapt to the changing world around you. Flexibility is critical to stress management. EQ can increase your flexibility.
• How positive are you in the face of adversity? Optimism is a key component of stress management. EQ can help you learn how to grow your optimism.
