This decision changed my life completely in May 2003 when I joined Tiens; Currently, I am prou
d to be the first Tiens Woman Director in East and Central Africa. An 8-star Distributor with minimum 4 direct network structures whereby each structure has minimum one Gold Lion distributor namely Agnes M, Beverly M, Faith K and Dorcas M. I reconciled my business in the clothing market to start a professional career as a member of Tiens Group in Kenya in 2003. As i had planned to achieve a major rank within every year. Within first 11 months of joining I had achieved 8* level and in within the same stride (2004) I achieved the luxury car award (BMW). My most productive years, are from 2004 to 2005 as I attained three milestones at once (Level 8*, Bronze Lion and the Car Award). In 2007, I accomplished a Silver Lion Distinction. In 2010, my two team members qualified and become level 8*’s and achieved the Car Award. As a ripple effect it promoted me to becoming Tiens Gold Lion. But My proudest moment, arrived in the year 2016, when I became 1st Tiens Director in East, Central and North Africa and the only woman to achieve this Achievement. In short, Tiens transformed by life; that I lead with a budgeted lifestyle with many limitations. But, today I am leading respectable life with sustainable income. Tiens made from an ordinary person like me to a globe- trotter. Touring and meeting new friends in International cities was out of my imagination, but Today Tiens Group made this a reality for me. With God’s Blessing, I have managed to qualified for almost if not all the international tours offered by the company. Some of the memorable tours have been trips to South Africa, Nigeria, China, Indonesia, France, Russia, Malaysia, Spain, Singapore, USA and in this November 2017 to India and South Africa and many more to come. All in All in this a short span of time, I achieved this extraordinary success due to meticulous planning, continuous hard work, and support of my up line and teamwork of my down-lines. I worked sincerely according to company policies and structure. When, I’m close to achieving my target, I will always lay a foundation structure for the next level. For example, when I was at Bronze Lion level, I had to restructure my lineup and plan. As I have kept on achieving these targets, I raised my goal higher and higher.
