We advocate for diversity and flexibility in the first two- three years of working, this enables them to build on their work experience and acquire new skills that are essential in the 21st century.

Mentors are caring individuals who along with parents or guardians, provide them with support, counsel, friendship, reinforcement and are constructive example.
But mentoring is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. Every person who would benefit from a mentoring relationship has individual needs. Effective mentoring programs offer enough flexibility to help meet each mentee’s person needs, yet allow mentoring relationships to flourish within a safe structure.

The Hands on Program is an opportunity for youth(recent graduates) to develop employability and professional skills needed in the business world. It allows the youth to get full understanding about the business environments after school , harness their strengths and understand their weakness hence making them self-aware and prepared for the business world.

Some of the sessions covered include; developing a personal brand, communication, self marketing tools and CV re-engineering, visioning, building formidable networks and acing an interview.

The next training will be on 27th-28th March, 2020.
