To operate a multi-line telephone system to answer and direct incoming telephone calls; provide a courteous reception to visitors to the Office; notify the staff of visitor arrivals; and maintain Office security.
This role will also provide secretarial and administrative support services to the Managers and teams to assist them fulfil their responsibilities and accountabilities:

Duties & Responsibilities
• Receiving and relaying incoming telephone calls and greeting, assisting and directing visitors to the Office
• Providing high quality typing and administrative support to the directors. Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations
• Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
• Manage paper filing systems
• Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management
• Organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
• Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
• Check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data.
• Any other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or any representative of the Temps for Hire management team.
