"We didn't have enough chairs… but we still delivered a beautiful event." ✨

One of our clients had 200 guests, with both the ceremony and reception happening at the same venue. Buying separate chairs for each setup wasn't within the budget.

So we planned around it.

While guests transitioned from the ceremony to the reception, our team reset the venue, moving the same chairs into the reception layout before everyone arrived.

Great event design isn't always about spending more—it's about thoughtful planning, seamless ex*****on, and creating an experience your guests never notice happening behind the scenes.

One of the biggest mistakes I see at events? 👀

All the attention goes to the backdrop… and the rest of the venue is forgotten.

Your guests don't spend the entire event standing in front of the backdrop. They're walking through the venue, finding their seats, networking, dining and experiencing every space.

Great event styling isn't about creating one beautiful corner—it's about designing a cohesive guest experience from arrival to departure.

That's the difference between decorating an event and designing an experience. ✨

From an old gate… to a custom bouquet bar 🌸✨

I had a vision for this piece, but first I had to figure out how to bring it to life.

From sourcing the materials, rebuilding the structure, painting, and adding the finishing touches — this was a full transformation.

Can a forgotten metal gate become a flower bouquet bar? 🌸✨

I wasn't completely convinced either 😭

But with a little creativity, a few modifications, and a coat of paint, we turned it into something worthy of an event.
