One in-person meeting to discuss day of wedding timeline
Complete development of wedding day timeline and itinerary
Communication with all vendors the week of the wedding to confirm logistics
Venue walk through to discuss setup and details
Attend rehearsal at the ceremony site and assist with coordination
Management of wedding day timeline and vendor delivery and setup
Greet and direct vendors at the ceremony and reception sites
Distribution of any remaining payments to industry professionals on behalf of client
