al finance operations around the world, the Institute will train practitioners from mobile network operators, banks and financial institutions on the industries best practices and how to apply these to their environments. The Helix institute of Digital Finance launches in November in Nairobi, Kenya with its first training course on agent network management. The Agent Network Accelerator course, uses evidence based operational insights to help practitioners create strategic action plans for the deployment, management and growth of their agent network across a broad geography. The Institute will go on to offer courses beyond agent network management such as ‘Risk & Fraud Management’, ‘Data Analytics’ and ‘Behavioural Insights for Product Delivery’.
