We start today this new enterprise thanks to the skills of a group of African and International professionals with senior expertise in key aspects of project and programme management. Our aim is to contribute to more efficient initiatives that are truly well structured and can succeed in helping those in need, finding long term solutions to social problems, encouraging citizens’ involvement and public participation.
This is a technical hub that offers support to profit an non-profit organisations for the design of projects/programmes and their implementation using proven techniques and personalising our services to each case and special needs.
Our main intervention areas are organisational development, good governance, decision making and public participation, human rights, social justice, strengthening of civil society, environmental conservation, sustainable rural development, adaptation to climate change, organisational development, innovation and youth-drive ventures.
Our professional fees are commensurate to the complexity of each task and the organisation's resources. We offer a technical accompaniment and coaching, for example throughout the entire grant request process we cover tasks such as the appraisal of calls for proposals to apply to, intervention design, concept note preparation, full proposal submission and steering of the inception phase.
Organisational assessment is an important aspect in project preparation that we value and encourage organisations to considered when seeking to engage our support. Each new project is an opportunity for growth and advance further the core skills of the organisation but it also encompasses the risk of losing the opportunity to maximise budget resources and to let go the staff at the end of the project hence losing skills and capacity. Good strategies of implementation and sustainability plans can address this successfully.
Another critical aspect of a well implemented project is to organise an inception and a midterm review in order to ensure the proper translation of the project approach into workplans, team arrangements and strategic thinking. Finally, progress reporting is another crucial area where we can help and where may organisations cannot explain factually and in an interesting way what impact is being achieve and what opportunities lie ahead.
