RECRUITMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
1. DIVISIONAL MANAGER (one)
Purpose of the Job;
The principal purpose of the job involves organizing and administrating security operations in the Division effectively and efficiently.
Reporting Relationship;
The Divisional Manager reports to the Operations Manager
Duties & Responsibilities;
• Maintaining a master roll depicting a precise number of operations staff in the division.
• Processing and co-coordinating all forms of leave for staff under your supervision.
• Attending to clients’ problems on day-to-day basis.
• Conveying our mission and organizational value to the staff.
• Conducting security surveys on prospective and existing clients and advising the Operations Manager and the client on the security needs of the property from time to time.
• Reporting activities and performance of quick reaction force within the division.
• Positing security guards and reporting security contract cancellations in time to the management.
• Instilling an acceptable level of discipline among operations staff to meet company’s standards.
• Monitoring cost and overheads to ensure they match income from the division.
• Collecting debt from clients and effecting service withdrawals from defaulting clients when advised.
• Any other duties assigned to you by management.
Qualification/Skills/Experience;
• Social Science Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from a National Polytechnic.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written Kiswahili and English languages.
• Ability and willingness to work at odd hours and under pressure.
• Should be at least 27 years but not more than 35 years old.
• Must have served for at least 3 years in a reputable security firm in a similar capacity.
• Holder of a clean driving license.
• Previous Security Work exposure, Computer Literacy, is an added advantage.
2. SUPERVISORS (two)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Overall purpose of the job entails posting guards to various assignments and conducting security patrols to maintain vigilance.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Supervisor reports to the Field Officer
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Imparting security operations skills to recruited and confirmed company security guards, supervisors and field officers.
• Following up operations staff to ascertain that their performance in the field is in line with security training curriculum demand.
• Carrying out supervisory duties during non training periods.
• Recommending to the Director of Operations staff training contingent upon changing security demands.
• Any other duty assigned by the management.
Qualification/Skills/Experience
• Social Science Degree with a bias in administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from a National Polytechnic.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Kiswahili and English Languages.
• Ability and willingness to work at odd hours and under pressure.
• Should be at least 24 years but not more than 40 years old.
• Must have served for at least 3 years in a reputable security firm in a similar capacity.
• Must have both Riding and Driving License with 3 years and above experience.
