urrent times: that young people play a critical role in the social economic development of Kenya and Africa at large hence they have to take the front line on issues of socio-economic development so that Africa can take a leap in realizing significant growth and development, with a specific focus on the fact that young entrepreneur need to break their current ‘ceiling’/status quo so that they can maximize their potential in making a difference by; creating jobs, creating innovations that solve their communities problems and challenges in different sectors. Our objectives for the conference is; Encouraging the young multi-millionaire entrepreneurs appreciate and take advantage of the local regional and global business and leadership opportunities, encourage the youthful investors to be competitive regionally and grow their medium enterprises through innovation, networking and mentorship creating a synergy among the youths, to promote ethics in business, encourage cooperation with the government through the Ministry of devolved governments by taking advantage of the opportunities provided and encourage partnerships among the youthful entrepreneurs. The youthful participants of the conference run enterprises in different sectors of the economy which includes and is not limited to agriculture, manufacturing, fashion, transport, real estate, hospitality, energy, information technology, media and entertainment.
