Meet Clare Onyango, Software Test Engineer at .

"My name is Clare, and I am a part of the QA team focused on delivering quality, reliable systems and seamless user experiences.

My journey here has been one of growth. I’ve learned that quality is more than finding bugs; it’s about understanding the bigger picture, thinking like the user, and protecting what we build. Each project has strengthened my attention to detail, collaboration, and confidence.

I believe growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone. Whether taking ownership of tasks or expanding my knowledge in cybersecurity and emerging technologies, I see every challenge as an opportunity to improve.

To me, creativity in QA means asking the right questions and anticipating risks. Leadership starts with responsibility, showing up consistently and making a positive impact.

Meet Diana Wetindi, Operations Manager, BPO at .

"I am just but a girl who chose to lead. When I started my journey in customer service over a decade ago, I didn’t imagine I would one day be leading international operations, managing teams across markets and shaping client strategy conversations.

What I knew then and what still defines me today is that I care deeply about people and performance.

Customer service taught me resilience.
Operations taught me discipline.
Leadership taught me empathy.

Over the years, I’ve navigated high-pressure client escalations, built teams from scratch, handled difficult performance conversations, celebrated promotions and sometimes made the hard calls that leadership requires. Each experience has shaped not just my career but my character.

At Techno Brain, culture isn’t just something we talk about. It’s something we build daily through accountability, mentorship, continuous learning and trust. I’ve had the privilege of watching team members grow from entry-level agents into confident leaders. That transformation is what fuels me.

Outside of work, I’m just a girl who loves:-
Cooking (and yes, I am a great cook)

Supporting women's health, empowering communities.

Techno Brain GBS recently hosted a menstrual health awareness session in partnership with Asan, Beyond The Flow and Nova Network. Led by Liz Njeri Kamau, the session provided practical education on menstrual cups, sustainable period care, and broader menstrual health topics in an open and engaging environment.

The session resonated strongly with the Techno Brain ladies, who expressed their enthusiasm for supporting the initiative and championing menstrual health awareness within their communities and beyond.

Through initiatives such as these, Techno Brain continues to support programs that empower women, promote workplace wellness, and create lasting positive impact in the communities it serves.

“My name is Ekira Muriithi, and I am a Software Test Engineer at Techno Brain. I’m part of a customer feedback triaging team, where we analyze user feedback and help translate it into actionable improvements. Over the past two years, I’ve grown significantly, both professionally and personally. During this time, I’ve developed a deeper understanding of how product quality and customer success truly go hand in hand. Ensuring quality isn’t just about finding bugs; it’s about inclusivity and creating better experiences for the people who use our solutions every day.

One of my biggest challenges has been growing into automation testing while maintaining excellence in my current role and staying engaged with my broader interests in technology, particularly cloud and cybersecurity. Balancing all of this has strengthened my discipline and taught me to be intentional with my time management.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about books and literature. I also participate in competitive Capture The Flag (CTF) cybersecurity challenges and play chess.”
