Every week, we receive messages from young people asking the same question:

"How do I join Scouting?"

The desire is there. The challenge is knowing where to start.

Many young people are interested in becoming Scouts but don't know where the nearest Scout group is or who to contact. At the same time, dedicated Scout leaders across the country are ready to welcome new members.

That is why we are launching SRM Scouts Connect.

This is a youth-led volunteer initiative designed to connect aspiring Scouts with volunteer Scout leaders and local Scout groups, making the journey into Scouting simpler, more accessible, and more welcoming.

Many entrepreneurship conversations are incomplete. We celebrate the hustle, but we don’t always tell the full story behind the acceleration.

*Some people have family money.
*Some have connected networks.
*Some have investors who took a chance on them.

The problem starts when we package success as if it was built purely on “grind” while hiding the capital, networks, introductions, and support systems that made the grind possible. Entrepreneurship is not only about hard work. It’s also about access.
