Human beings are comfortable with logical sequences and patterns. If you ask anyone to recite the alphabet from A-Z, they will do so effortlessly.Flip it and tell the same person to recite it from Z-A , and confusion creeps in.This pattern-like nature leaves us in the same position thus we end up with the same results.Unless we learn to shock our brains by attempting 'the impossible',doing the unusual and pumping up enough pressure to build capacity , then we will surely remain in the same way of thinking.
When we stick to our past programmes we receive the same results and remain in the same dissatisfying positions. We have all witnessed that at the point of death , most people have regrets of omission and not commission. "I wish I did this,I wish I did that".Worse still , many graves hold the great opportunities that were never realized. Do we have to wait to this point?
We must fuel our minds for transformation and also capture our most creative thoughts. The human mind is able to process up to 1,200 words in a minute. This can be a great trigger to transformation.
Finally change comes with setting goals , attaching every goal to an activity and tagging time to which it should always be checked to assess progress. We too need to identify what prevents us from succeeding in life and tackle it from the root cause.
