I’m getting ready to close out for the year, and as I do so I’ve been reflecting on just how much has happened both personally and professionally. It’s been a year where my mental health has been dragged through the mud in ways I never expected.
I walked away from a 10+ year marriage, entered a new relationship, and then made the choice to step back and focus on healing.
In all this I haven’t gotten to share some things maybe because I was scared or afraid of the change and choices I’ve made… I’m almost due in February with another baby boy, my eldest son just finished high school, and my daughter has stepped into junior high.
These milestones have been quiet victories in a year full of uncertainty.
Business has had its ups and downs, and yet, through it all, I’ve been surrounded by incredible support. I want to thank my children for their love and patience, my family for being my anchor, my amazing team for holding it down, my clients for trusting me, and friends who’ve been there through every twist and turn.
Here’s to closing this chapter with gratitude, and stepping into the next one with hope, growth, and healing.
Wishing everyone a restful holiday season
