Today we lay to rest with respect and honour our Founder and first Chairman of Nakuru Business Association, Mr. Peter Kinya.
Nakuru has lost a great man!Many describe him as a man of wisdom, honest, courageous, shrewd, stylish humorous.... we could go on and on.
To NBA this is our warrior. A fighter, he never gave up. We shall do our best to keep this legacy alive even with his death and ensure that Nakuru becomes the Prime business destination in the region
Rest in peace sir,till we meet again.

Dear Sir,
Yours was a life full of vision, purpose and hope for the great town of Nakuru coupled with a sincere commitment to uplift the young men who would make it great.

The sacrifice and wisdom you invested in shaping policies and decisions that over time have made the town thrive as it has, will forever be embedded in our memories. As you served in great and important seats, you also were humble enough to take heed of simple minded, sometime over zealous and naive ideas and with great skill and patience guided diverse opinions into concrete solutions.

Under your leadership, i learnt a lot about separating issues, managing strenuous multiple relationships and building alliances for the greater good of society. May the young leaders learn from the example you have set as they enjoy the fruits of your efforts most of which were in the background.

Nakuru will miss your deep wisdom, hearty humor, vision and sense.

We hope that the city will grow to the heights you envisioned. I am sure I speak for many that our gratitude is endless and on it's behalf honour you Sir.

As for and we are honored to have shared a with you guys.

The Lord God understands your loss.
May he add to you and the strength and grace in this tough time.

NBA would like to take this opportunity to thank all members and non members who took time to attend and engage us on social media during the Nakuru County Gubernatorial debate at Christ the King Cathedral.
Special gratitude to Hon Lee Kinyanjui and Hon John Mututho for honouring the invitation by the Nakuru Business Community and for undertaking that if elected,they shall both meet the business community quarterly among other things.
