Receptionist /Administrative Assistant
As a receptionist/administrative assistant, you will be assisting with all the daily needs of running a real estate business. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all daily duties pertaining the company are up to date and of an accurate nature with guidance from your supervisor.
Your duties will include but are not limited to;
• Receiving visitors and keeping visitors’ records
• Receiving office calls and handling office email
• Receiving cash (Rent or any other cash)
• Filing and updating office records
• Clening of the office
• Opening and closing the office
• In charge of welfare
• Updating tenants’ payments bills in the system
• Purchasing office supplies
• Banking and managing transactions
• Any other ADHOC tasks as required.
Receptionist /Administrative Assistant Job Requirements.
• Diploma in business or related discipline
• Must have at least 2 years hands on working experience in front office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening skills
• Proactive, confident, energetic and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Certificate of good conduct
• Innovative and energetic
