All interested persons are invited for a training on rabbit rearing that will take place on 27th, 28th and 29th of January 2016 at National Rabbit Breeding and Training Centre located within Ngong Veterinary Farm. This will be a comprehensive training that will earn you a certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture Livestock and Fisheries, state department of livestock.
The training will be conducted by experienced livestock officers.
It is important to have the necessary know how that will guarantee you success in your rabbit farming venture.

Rabbit farming is promoted by government through the National Rabbit Breeding and Training Centre which is located within Ngong Veterinary Farm. The centre is mandated to import and multiply good quality breeds for sale to rabbit farmers as breeding stock.
It is also mandated to train farmers on rabbit rearing as an enterprise besides offering technical support to starters and ongoing rabbit farmers
