Safetyplus Concentration program for attachment focuses on three pillars,
1. Learning
We ensure you are exposed to your field and are assigned a mentor whose responsibility revolve on exposing you and mentoring you.
2. Practice
We assign our attaches responsibilities that see them practice and put to use the training and education they have and continue to receive from their institution.
3. Mentorship
Attaches receive a session of mentorship daily from various departments as well as from the management, on various issues as well as opportunities and how to go forward and actualize career goals afterwards.
We also hire and accumulate attaches for any job openings in our institutions.
We have introduced Online Interviews to help attaches apply faster and safer due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
