Personal Excellence Consultancy (PEC)

Personal Excellence Consultancy (PEC) is a mentorship and counseling firm. PEC’s founder, Paul K. Nyamu, has a wealth of experience in youth mentorship and counselling, based on his background as a teacher (Bed-Sci, Egerton University) and a counselor (MA, Kenyatta University – Continuing, and an accredited member of Kenya Counselling and Psychological Association – KCPA). As far as the youth are concerned, PEC focuses on the following objectives:
• Development of a holistic view of life for the youth.
• Encouraging personal independence and commitment for the youth through goal-setting and pursuit of the same.
• Avoidance of habits and engagements which hinder the youth from actualizing their potential, such as substance abuse, wrong relationships, pre-marital s*x, etc.
