Are you an experienced Human Resource Manager looking for your next career opportunity?

Oneway Facilities Management Limited is looking for a qualified professional to join our team in Nairobi.

The successful candidate will support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, HR policies and employee development.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
✅ Relevant professional HR qualification and/or membership of an appropriate professional body
✅ At least 4 years of progressive HR experience
✅ Experience in a managerial or senior HR role
✅ Strong understanding of Kenyan employment practices and HR compliance
✅ Experience with a large or multi-site workforce is an added advantage
