• Cost Analysis: Monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs.
• Inventory Management: Ensuring stock levels are optimal to prevent overstocking or shortages.

Am looking to connect with experts who have hands on experience with chicken processing and packaging.

One should have experience in identifying poultry fit for slaughtering, the entire slaughter process (should be HALAL), packaging, compliance, waste management and with good understanding of the food management systems.

Qualifications
Degree in veterinary, Animal health, Animal science, Food science or any related course.
Minimum of 5 years experience in poultry processing and packaging.
Professional registration licence
Training on meat inspections will be an added advantage
